Using digital tools, he provided a written estimate on the spot that I accepted. On the day scheduled for the job, Jacob and his team arrived on time. They took great care to protect the property with plastic sheets in all areas where they were working. An unforeseen problem was discovered during the job (some live wires that were disconnected and not capped off). The unsafe situation was resolved without any extra cost.
