"Ramos Maintenance did an excellent job repairing and reinforcing a shower glass panel in our condo after a support bracket snapped. Andres clearly explained the issue, walked us through the solution, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He was very responsive, coordinated seamlessly with our cleaner, and was mindful of our guest check-in schedule. He even returned a few days later to remove the tape and confirm everything had cured properly, which really shows the pride he takes in his work. The workmanship was solid, clean, and done with great attention to detail. The shower glass panel now feels very secure and looks great. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work and level of service. "Drew Goranson responded to our inquiry within an hou. He came the same day to look at our project, which was cleaning the gutters on our cottage and gave us a bid for the job which we accepted and he said he would do the next day. He showed up on time, worked throughout the allotted time, cleaned up after himself, and even cleaned a skylight window over our bathroom that we were unable to reach ourselves. Drew is new to the island, and has obviously been well trained and has a very good work ethic. I am sure whatever work he does he will do well, which can include Handyman maintenance work. I would definitely recommend Drew and would hire him again."

"Very professional, knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done, offered suggestions/options, work concise and expectations were met, noted my gutters were not “right” and inspected the gutters and found the problem, will return to install another down spout after measuring and getting the materials. I would use them again for any future projects that I may have."

"Steve arrived on time, was professional and courteous.  He performed work both at our home and at our vacation rental.  At our house, he replaced our screen and the latch to screen door as freebie.  The latch was a great bonus as I didn't even think to ask for this repair of our broken lock, but it is a huge help as we have pets that like to let themselves out the door occasionally and we were using a propped up stick to keep closed.  Steve also was a great help at our vacation rental in Kaanapali.  He did some paint touchups, reinstalled a cabinet and safe, as well as do a check of the drains to the sink and adjust our cabinet doors.  As I have found in the past that finding good help on Maui is not always easy, working with Steve was easy and his price was reasonable (also something hard to find).  I am happy to say I now have a handyman on Maui that I can rely on and have Steve scheduled to come back to the house in the next week for other repairs.
