"On the higher side of cost, but they had the best options for vertical siding n metal over roof."

"I am very happy with the new roof. Daryl, the sales rep, communicated everything very nicely and made sure that I was given the best option for my roof. Mike, Devan, and Walter were the project managers and they were very helpful throughout the roof install. I wasnâ t able to communicate very well with the roofing crew but the project managers made sure that all of my concerns were taken care of."

"Montes Roofing LLC did a fabulous job on my house. I had a hole in one roof and I called several roofing companies on a Saturday morning. Montes Roofing was the only company who offered to come out on the same day I called. Mr. Montes came out about two and a half hours after I called. He showed me pictures of the hole taken from his drone so I could see it for myself. He gave me a reasonable quote and told me how soon they could get started. They started when he said they would and they didnâ t waste time. I subsequently hired Montes Roofing to replace two other roofs and tuckpoint my house and replace siding. Throughout the roof replacements, siding and tuckpointing, Mr. Montes visited the site frequently while his crew was working and kept me informed on what was going on and whenever I called or texted him, he always returned my phone calls and responded to my text messages. The crew was very professional and efficient. They cleaned up at the end of every work day and when everything was finished, they made sure everything was cleared away or thrown out and I did not have to do any cleaning when they were done. During this time, I was able to work from home without any disturbances and several of my neighbors even commented on their professionalism and the quality of their work and requested contact information for Montes Roofing. Montes Roofing LLC has transformed the exterior of my house. Not only do my neighbors admire it but family members who have seen the â newâ house have been surprised at the transformation."

"I really could not have asked for better administrative and management service. The actual work and the carpenter himself was equally as great. The carpenter was creative in delivering a great product. I would like to assume that some carpenter would have charged a bit less, but it would not have been worth the savings to either get inferior service, a headache, or a questionable product."

"We were very pleased with the work that Lake County Roofs completed. They were punctual and efficent and the new roof looks great. They will be coming back in another week or so to install the new gutters. Would definitely recommend them to others!"

"Our condo building was having roof leaks and Steve Case came out in Dec 2017 and gave us an estimate for a silcone roof. I was also getting quotes from 2 other companies. Due to the extremely cold weather and personal (on my part) scheduling conflicts, SPU did the work in mid-May. The guys (especially Greg) were very professional and punctual. Steve was very accommodating the whole time. The roof looks great and the price was affordable. I definitely recommend SPU!"

"The other companies I had contacted for quotes wanted to replace my entire roof when only a small section was damaged. Apex came out and told me they could repair it for much less than replacing the roof. The gentleman they sent out was really nice and professional and explained exactly what they were going to do and how they were able to repair it for me. I would highly recommend them to others."

"TTLC responded timely to all my inquiries and questions regarding new roof, pricing, etc. They acted quickly for a quote a d worked around our schedule for installation, would definitely recommend them!!"

"I have worked with many home improvement companies over the
last six years.  My neighbor recommended me to go with Albar
products.  To this day, Albar products is the best company I worked
with.  Albar products had the best customer service when I called about
the products and services.  The customer representative listened to my
concerns and issues about my house and gave me very thoughtful advice.  Before working with Albar, I found that many
representatives from other companies listen, but rarely take the homeowner's
concerns seriously. I always ended up feeling neglected with estimates that
were over charged. I felt that I was just another job.
When the Albar sales representative arrived at my home for a consultation, he was
different from the others. He took notes and gave me very considerate advice
and worked with my concerns.  He was friendly, personable and professional.  The crew members were friendly,
respectful and professional.  The work was excellent from beginning to
end. My project involved replacing all the windows in my house and it
took place on two very hot, humid days; however, the crews' work was
professional and consistent.  The work was done on time as they
promised.  My house looks like a new house and I am getting compliments from
my neighbors.  I am very pleased with the excellent work.  I highly
recommend this company to anybody who is looking for quality work and great
customer satisfaction.
