"Did a great job replacing old garage attic ladder and inspecting sunlight, fixed damaged plaster near sunlight and was able to match the color of ceiling paint, taking a small chip of old paint/plaster to home depot. Also good work on front door, replacing the seal around door to limit AC loss and inflow of humidity. Overall very knowledgeable & really good follow through. Decent pricing for his labor. The one (big) down side is that I wish he had said NO to repairing work on my wood floor in the hallway where old water damage had separated some of the planks, leaving visible spaces between wood planks. In retrospect, I would have been better served to have had a wood floor specialist come assess and tackle the problem. Floor looks worse than before Stefan worked on it. Real dilemma for us as we're looking to sell soon. Yet, despite that big setback, I would work with Stefan again but would be careful about which projects I ask him to tackle for me. For the right jobs he's quite GOOD."
