"The plumber was excellent. Good experience! They were the second company that I contacted. I did schedule the first just to get an estimate. Mr. Rooter came right out. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate with two options. I decided on the lower cost, hopeful option and said I would wait for another quote if it was determined that I needed the much higher cost second option. Fortunately the low cost option did the trick. I was so happy and satisfied with the relatively quick work, I asked the plumber to give me a quote on something else I needed.
