"Jim was professional and punctual and gave us an honest and detailed assessment of the attic mold problem.  Mold was found by our home inspector prior to listing the house for sale.  The problem was small and well contained but required cleaning and encapsulation.  Structure Dry did the work for a very reasonable cost, they used top-quality products, they were very clean in our house's living areas, and they provided a full transferable warranty, which was very important for our sale transaction.  Later, when questions arose, Jim came back for another visual inspection of an additional area of concern, documented his opinions for us, provided suggestions for cleaning products, then even provided a small free supply of the expensive mold encapsulant to be used in case the new owners required!  We had a very positive experience and we would recommend highly!

"It was great. We thought that we might have mold, after a flood and a brief absence from our home. Beverly called and consulted with me and had an opening the next day. We scheduled and Deivis came promptly at the time we arranged (he even texted an hour before the appointment to let us know he was on his way). Deivis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything, removing baseboards to look for mold and checking everything. He found some on the outside of the baseboards, but not behind them and suggested that perhaps we had mold in our drywall. He did the cleaning in the basement and bedrooms and was just lovely. We originally thought that he was going to need to tear out the carpet in the basement, but because there was no mold present the job was much less involved and expensive than originally quoted. And - as Deivis suggested (unfortunately) we did have mold in our drywall. Once we reconstruct the basement (everything had to be torn down to the studs and remediated), TNT will be on our list again to clean up post-construction, and I'll specifically request Deivis!"
