I also just prucahsed a new jole and they helped me go trhoigh the ossuss called out in the inspection to let me know what should be taken caee of sooner rather than later. They have been amazing every time. Everyone is very kind and straight forward about the work that does and doesn't need to be done at that moment. I offered to split the cost; they declined, leaving me with a water heater that now fails inspection. Their contract did not disclose this potential need, which would have changed my review. Instead, they left me with a non-compliant water heater."
