Canin actually spends time to try to remove stains, is knowledgable, thorough and fantastic. He may not offer the coupon deals that the big companies advertise, but in cases like this, you get what you pay for. We had to use Stanley Steemer once for scheduling reasons and there just wasn't a comparison. The $99 deal was not a deal at all-- complete waste of time and money as they had this poor sweaty, tired guy run through our house. He told us we were his 6th job of the day and he really just did a quick once-over and had to run to the next job. "Things went well. The company responded to me the slowest of all the companies that I contacted, but I chose them because they had a specific product for pet urine. The price I was told on the phone for the urine product didn't match what I was told in person, so they need to work on what they are communicating to their customers.
