"cleaned carpets, was very nice and professional.  Unfortunately had a pet stain in one  carpet that looked as though it was cleaned (right after it was done) but the next day it reappeared.  Called him and he said to spray some water on it and dab it with a towel and dry and that should take care of it.  Probably not his fault but still I had hoped all stains would be gone and I didn't to do anything that is why I gave him a "B". <br />"

"Received a phone call this morning from the owner of Barrow carpet cleaning. Mr. Charles Barrow had just read my review of two days ago this morning and sincerely apologized for what had occurred at my home. He offered to return my money, which I declined I didn’t want a free service due to my review and would feel uncomfortable receiving a refund of my money after all the carpet had been cleaned., just not to the standards I had expected from his company. Mr Charles Barrows asked if there was anything he could do like return furniture back into place, which I did last night. So there was really nothing I could see at this point in time. Mr Charles Barrow then said he probably would fire Dave due to this review. That is a business decision totally in Mr Barrows hands. I did appreciate his concerned phone call and attempts to rectify the service we had received two days prior. He told me in the future I should ask for him."
