When it's time to renew, they just remind you that it's time to renew. If you need an invisible fence, you call them and they come up and load it in. You don't have to wait 6 monhs for them to show up. When they're done, it's done. It looks just like they did before. They just do the job and I've never had an issue where it didn't work. There's nobody else who does what they do. The other thing is they don't change prices. The only thing is that the batteries do cost a little more but the point is, when they come in the mail, you know it's time to change the battery."

"Maryann was here on time the first interview. She went over the product information and took her time to explain everything and answered all our questions. They came the next day and installed the fence. It took about 2 1/2hours for the 1 acre. She then explained the system once it was installed. She took her time showing how the collar worked and the unit with all its setting. She them took our dog out to show us how to train her with the collar and the flags in the ground to warn the dog of the fence. The collar has a warning signal noise when the dog gets within 10 feet of the fence. My dog learned within 2 days how it worked. The collar also let you know if the dog has challanged the fence during the day with the way it flashes. <br /> In whole the system of electric fence is great and Maryann was great also. <br />"
