"The plumber showed up on time and located the leak, which was some distance from where it appeared to be. The leak was on the connection to the water meter on my side of the water meter. The original water line installation in 1996 from the meter to my house had my water line bent and under a strain as it curved toward where the shut off valve is located at the edge of my home where the water line enters my home. The fitting connecting my water line to the water meter finally started leaking after being in service for twenty years. He supplied and installed a 45 and supplied and installed other stronger schedule 80 materials to complete the repair."

"Mike arrived about 8:05a. Removed panelling under cabinets until he found the leak at T where sink drained into main pipe. Mike also had additional task of fighting some ants that made a nest around the pipe. He cut out old cast iron T's and some of the drain pipe to replace with PVC. Work took approx 5.5 hours. He did have to wait for some mortar material for clean out since old cast iron clean out much larger than PVC cleanout. He swept up after work completed. "It went very well. After a bit of a wait, I received a very comprehensive report of 88 specific items as well as bacteria, fungi and particles. Each Item detected over the EPA drinking water limits had an explanation sheet. Also provided was a contact person at the company to address any questions you had about the report findings. I thought the service was well worth the $300 just for the peace of mind. I intend to use the company on an annual basis going forward."
