Replaced with roof decking Replaced bathroom vent and piping Added ice shield to prevent ice damns Replaces damaged rotted plywood reshingled with Certantee 50 rated shingles Infinity was incredibly fast and accurate with their services. "I was looking for contractors that would replace my entire roof after a strong hailstorm.  The trick of my case was - I have a large kinda balcony with flat roofing sheets as a floor. I requested quotes from 4 highly rated companies and 3 out of 4 were puzzled by the flat roof piece of work.  They explained that when my house was being built - the roofers put the flat sheets without any issues, but now 2 balcony door packages should be removed and reinstalled by carpenters, which would increase the price significantly. U.S. Exterior by Seidel offered an alternative solution - to spray existing roofing sheets with special resin based solution, that has a 50 year warranty.  It's more expansive and more fragile than roofing flat sheets, but that was my only reasonable option.
