"The contractor held my hand through the whole process and made it extremely easy for me! We are so happy with our new roof and highly recommend this company!!"

"Fixed my roof same day as I called"

"From beginning to end, this was a first class company that did first class work. The owner, Steve, came to do the estimate. The job was done in a timely manner and they were willing to work around my schedule. Everything was completed and the services provided went well beyond my expectations. The quality of the work was excellent and I would recommend Simmons to anyone."

"Excellent from sales person to office workers and roof crew everyone was polite and professional."

"Yes, Quentin got the job done and did everything I asked for and even more on top of what I asked for. Very polite and kind."

"Luis and team were responsive when we had a critical timeline and provided an honest estimate and very timely repairs. We certainly will be using them for future roofing needs."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"

"It went very well I have nothing bad to say about them they arrived on time, the price is fair and they finished quickly."

"Andrew is detail oriented provides quality workmanship and is punctual. He did 10 residential re-roofs for me in the Melbourne area I would hire him again. 5 Stars"

"The interaction I had with several Best Performance Roofing employees was exactly that it was the best. Sam was very proficient at what he does explaining the entire process of having a new roof replacement. He makes you very comfortable when explaining the whole process including the different products used and the steps taken to complete the job. Both him and Jose at the office kept me well informed concerning the arrival of the roofing materials. Also Luis was very congenial and was able to explain to me the functions of the different products used in presenting me with a beautiful new roof. I have already received many compliments on the looks and craftsmanship. I was very pleased at the professionalism of Juan who I would call the Forman of the roofing crew and his installers. They worked with both speed and accuracy. In closing I would like to give my thanks especially to Sam who was very cordial and the rest of the Best Performance Roofing Company for the outstanding service and work they did for me. Sincerely Robert C."
