They were on time, very communicative and wrapped everything meticulously. The delivery to our house was also on time and within the window. They are a warm family owned business whom we would call again and refer them to our friends. Their office followed up after the move to make sure everything went well. Payment was easy to process. But my experience with Perfectly Fast Moving was so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. After signing a contract, I never heard from Jared again, despite leaving two voicemails and sending an email. He originally promised my delivery by a specific date, but once my belongings were packed up and taken away, I was suddenly told they wouldn?t arrive until 10?14 days after the agreed-upon date. I had to call three separate times just to get any sort of update on when I could expect delivery. Communication was poor across the board, and the company made zero effort to rectify the situation. They had over two months to plan the logistics, and still completely dropped the ball. Now I?m starting a new job on the other side of the country without access to my kitchen, clothes, or basic essentials. Highly recommend going with another company. "

If it breaks, you?ll get a whopping $42 in reimbursement?after fighting with a broken third-party insurance portal that constantly crashes. (For the record, they didn?t break my TV, but they did smash an expensive dresser and nightstand and lost two large boxes filled with high-end electronics.) "
