"I cannot say enough about Steve Scharf and his lead (Gaspar) at KT Construction. I hired KT to pull-and-replace all the landscaping at my home in Laguna Niguel in September 2020. Steve gave me such confidence during our first meeting that I asked him to draw the design (for new plants and irrigation) as if it were his own home. He quickly drew up the plan, reviewed it in detail with me, and scheduled the work for 3 days later. The work, including sprinkler replacement and modification, was done quickly, cleanly, and was overall top notch! Steve has already drawn a plan for us to complete the 4th and final phase of this project, which we will begin in May 2021. I can wholeheartedly recommend Steve Scharf and KT Const to anyone seeking a landscape design and replacement."
