"Replaced existing wood siding with Hardie Fiber cement siding. Replaced three patio doors with Marvin glider windows. Replaced main floor windows and two patio doors. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The estimate was well defined. Jacob and his assistant were nice to work with. We are happy with the quality and the workmanship. Even when we needed an issue looked at with our fireplace cap, Jacob was quick to respond."

"Project started on time. Shingles were delivered in a truck that was too large to get under trees over drive so they needed to placed on ground and manually carried up on ladders. Supplier stated that Infinity should have informed them of the site and they would have delivered with an appropriate sized truck. If I would not have been home to stop them from driving up drive, I don't know how much damage to trees and lawn would have occurred. My biggest criticism was the lack of supervision on site. Before we signed on, I was told that there would be full time supervision. The project manager showed up a few times during the day but did not stick around to supervise the workers. Each time I went outside I asked who was in charge, never got the same name. Individuals came and left, no consistent supervisor that reviewed the work approach and quality. On our roof, siding needed to be cut to install new flashing. They had no process to cut the siding. Not even a line was not struck, a jig was not used and the result was butchered siding, that they would have just filled with excessive calk. The project manger did not do or say anything about the quality, they would have collected their money and left if I did not object forcefully and withheld payment. The crews did not protect the gutters and damaged three sections severely when carrying up the shingles. Cleanup was generally good, some minor damage to shrubs but within reason. The good news was that they did respond with corrective repairs. Their siding crew replaced the heavily butchered siding and their gutter crew replaced the damaged gutters , so in the end we were satisfied and paid the bill in full. The process was more stressful than it should have been. If I did it again I would require a commitment in writing on a full time supervisor, the same one from start to finish."

Informed consumer in advance of each visit. * Customer intent - Works well toward understanding consumer's intent, clearly defining final scope of work, and staying within budget. Several contractors either refused this project (replace damaged cedar siding) or recommended replacing with vinyl or fiber cement. Adam accepted the project as originally explained with no deviations other than recommendations to improve the final outcome. * Fair - Competitive pricing (compared with other estimates). * Workmanship - Professional looking and functionally sound results. Assumed personal responsibility of all work. Cleaned area up afterwards. * Efficient - Did a pre-project walk-through. Ensured customer involvement in decisions. Came with all materials and equipment required. Completed projects early. * Trust - Very sincere and trustable craftsman. Well-versed on many projects. Provides good, believable advise. So glad I hired Adam to complete this project and not replace my cedar with non-wood products . . as all the other contractors advised. "Adam is a contractor you should consider hiring.""
