He found that it was coming from our skylight and was due to a flashing issue. He quoted on the spot and had us all fixed up in a matter of hours. "The whole process went very smoothly. It seemed daunting to me so I had been putting off having my roof inspected and repaired for a LOONG time. With the new hail season approaching, I could no longer do that. Andrew was a Godsend. He knew the whole process and helped us with it throughout, coordinating between my insurance company and my mortgage company. HOA, Town permits... and ourselves. You name it, they did it. Andrew scheduled the work to be completed in 1 day, as the weather was finicky and the work had to be done in between storms. The crew arrived early in the morning, worked furiously through the day and were done in the evening. They took care of the cleaning and I did not even need to dust my patio afterwards. Who knew you could find good customer service in this day and age! The roof looks great, and it already went through a small new hailstorm and still looks great.
