They prevented me from having a major clean up job. My vent pipe was full of water which could have burst at anytime and caused a major leak into my finished basement. "Intial technician performed a complete internal top to bottom inspection of our chimney. He showed me exactly what was causing the problem and suggested a solution. He performed this inspection at no cost. When installation technicians arrived, they suggested a change to our furnace flue to provide better draft (again no charge for this change).
