"I do not live in the state where the work was being done. That being said, I spoke with the owner, Jake, and told him how sceptical I was about trusting someone to complete the job without my being able to see it - even after if was completed. He said he understood my concerns but assured me that he had several references and would share them with me if I did not see them on line. He was absolutely wonderful throughout the job, sending me photo updates on line all along the way. He also found me a tile company and helped me select the tile from photos. He also replaced my 29 year old hot water heater while he was there! Perfection!"
