Joel showed up on time to start, went over exactly what was going to be done, and than proceeded to start work. Very knowledgable young man. When completed he simulated a power loss and what steps were needed to transfer power from our generator to our selected circuits. Had us perform the steps and proceeded to test and make sure everything worked as planned. We are now ready for the next hurricane. One final note, Joel pre wired the transfer switch for future growth of needed circuits and a larger generator. I very nice finishing touch, planning for the future if required."

"not well, I still have a short, took 4 weeks to have them come out, they were in and out in less than 15 minutes. they reset a GFI and said that was the issue. When I asked what made it pop, the answer was not sure, and they were gone. had to call them back when it happend again but this time melted my door bell. The owner is very hard to get along with and gets upset easy when you try and talk with him. I still have a short somewhere. The breaker pops when you turn on the Bathroom light. (all on the same run) I am looking for a company that really cares about their customers and will take the time to find the issues. not one that gets loud when you ask questions."
