I talked with several companies; they made wide specter of offers - from re-pointing to full chimney rebuilt. And what was common in all estimations â they were very expensive. The best offer, job description and fair price were done by Tony He made an appointment for the next day, immediately evaluated the level of damage of the chimney and the work, which should be done to fix it. Next day after several phone calls and emails we filled out contract. After that in the morning nice black contraction van stopped by my house. I was not in home, when the work was started. Tony later stopped by and checked the job.. Everything was fine. Grand NJ Construction is good, professional and reliable company."

"We hired A1 for two jobs. The first one was to repair a fireplace chimney. We had water coming down the chimney into the fireplace. They had to remove and replace top 10 tiers of brick, concrete, recap and paint the exterior. They were on time, professional, fairly priced and did a very good job. Clean worksite and easy to work with. It's been a few months and still no leaks. Just recently we had some roof damage in a totally unrelated area, opposite side of the roof and called Tony once again. Water was pouring into. our attic. In the middle of a storm Tony came, got up on a ladder to out two story roof and tarped it to prevent further water damage. He then came back and took care of all the repairs after the storm was over. He is a hard worker with great work ethic. Does the job properly and knows his stuff. We would hire him again and recommend ."

These guys are quick, efficient, professional, and most importantly-honest. We have developed a nice rapport with Tim and Jay and consult with them whenever we have any new projects.
