After going through a back porch remodel enclosing to a mudroom, we wanted a pet friendly, water resistant and durable floor so we went with vinyl plank. Taking out the old phone booth and installing a barrier free shower complete with subway tile on the walls and mosaic for the bathroom floors. They also replaced the floor tile in my guest bathroom.
