Once they came out to do the project, this small team worked diligently to get the job done which ended up looking fantastic. They also discussed a lawn problem with me and offered to re-sod our front lawn the next day and at a fair price. It was an unplanned project but we are glad we did this additional work. Fernando and his team provided excellent customer service and quality work. The price worked well for us too! We will call next year for the backyard. Thanks guys!!!"

Fabianâ the company owner was just a great guy all around! They built a beautiful new patio for us, including a retaining wall for decorative and extra â seatingâ purposes. They worked with us on all the design details, even if we requested more time or additional sample materials. Unique also redid our front and side stoops. There were a couple of small â glitchesâ along the wayâ ¦ not surprising with any major projectâ ¦ but when we pointed them out, Fabian was really great in making sure things were done appropriately to address any concerns. "I got a good quote for filling in multiple holes in my very large front yard. ( caused by soil dropping down to fill in holes where septic lines were installed) Rather than mowing the grass very low, so he could given a proper estimate , Sergio just glanced over the lawn ( grass at summer #3 setting) He missed more than 1/3 rd of the yard and gave me a low cost estimate . When I asked his crew to fill in the rest of the areas I had to talk with Sergio to be specific about my request. AT no time was I angry nor were they defensive. They brought in another large truckload of top soil and did the work, but it increased my price by quite a bit. I can deal with all that without frustration because they were ALL lovely people. As the grass came up so did tens of thousands of weeds. Apparently they did not get topsoil that had been heated to kill weed seeds. Maybe thats not a thing with all contractors??? I wrote Sergio whom I consider very professional and responsive to ask when it was safe to use weed killer on "baby grass". He never responded."

"Francisco was very nice to deal with and worked with my vision to create a large patio for a future basketball court. The workers were all very friendly and worked very hard. Ran into some rain on the last day which caused some variance in appearance of the concrete but hoping it will even out over time. Portions of the patio still needs to be scrubbed from residue but over all it looks good. They also brought in 2 trucks of soil and fresh sod to get everything looking back to normal. In addition I also had them tie my downspouts away from the house and near storm lines. I’d recommend the company to a friend or anyone looking for a concrete professional."
