"Mike was outstanding. I cannot express how good he is. Attention to details, on time each day, goes above and beyond. With no help from me he moved all then furniture, placed old carpet underneath so as not to scratch new floors, placed every piece of his equipment on top of some sort of protector. He tied up the old carpet easy for trash pickup, He didn't make one mistake, floors look and feel amazing. He went to the store each morning before 8 to get trim or transition pieces that I failed to get when I bought the flooring, he even picked up the flooring after I picked it out. "I had the carpeting replaced in one of the bedrooms. Expo sent me sample photos of carpets by email so I could choose a carpet over the phone. Dina, the salesperson, was very helpful. The installer was terrific. He got there right on time and took out the old carpeting and hauled it away and then installed the new carpet in two hours.It looks beautiful. I'm really pleased with the service I got. I have used Expo several times before and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone."

"Luis from LJ Flooring is one of the best contractors I've ever worked with. He went above and beyond to work with me on scheduling the job due to some delays on my part with tile delivery. He arrived at the time/day he said he would, and completed the job when agreed. He took extra care to clean up and did all the hard work in removing and reinstalling my kitchen appliances so he could lay tile underneath. He also made some new baseboards where there were none. He helped me select the right color grout too. The new tile looks amazing, the cost was very competitive, and I couldn't be happier."

I did not hear from anyone so after 3 days I called but no one returned my call. Called back again a week later to cancel the order. Left a long message stating I did not want to cancel the order but was concerned because no one returned my calls. Finally, received a call from a regional manager. He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day. The shower door came a week later. I have had the shower for over a month. It is beautiful. I love it. Quality work. I would highly recommend Premier Home Pros."
