Before starting the project, Ben explained what they would be doing including checking the A/C units in the attic for any molds. Ben also included applying fogger treatment to the vents for protection. Ben also took several before/after pictures which he will send to me shortly. Ben also has warranty for his work. Both Ben and his assistant were very cordial, shared the progress of their project as it was performed, systematically cleaned the vents, washed and dried the covers, and even helped replace the 3 air filters with new ones that I had previously purchased. I would strongly recommend them to others."

"Unfortunately, I have to give these people a start, even though they don't deserve it, and I suspect their good reviews are likely fake. Please be cautious and don’t let them scam you. They will come to your house under the pretense of providing an estimate. They start at $200 for air conditioning duct cleaning but then claim to find mold. They act honestly and try to help you by offering the best deal. What began as a $200 service ended up costing me $2,700 for cleaning 15 a/c vents, all while alleging that they found mold. Sadly, in my effort to protect my family, I ended up paying for something that wasn't true. I know I will lose a significant amount of money, but I hope no one else has to go through what I am experiencing. I can’t ask this person to feel remorse for taking so much money from a single mother trying to keep her home clean and healthy for her kids. I plan to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, hoping these people will learn not to take advantage of others and to be honest with their customers."
