I had previously been told by another contractor that I needed to get a permit (yes, that "I" needed, not he--a liability for me!) which would have added significantly to the cost because I would have had to also buy a survey first. Concrete Solutions called the city on speaker phone with me present and determined that a permit was NOT needed because we were not changing the scope of the driveway, simply replacing what was already there. I am so glad I went with these guys---the work was done beautifully and in a timely fashion for a fair price."

His bid was not the lowest so I wanted to make sure that the work and finished driveway and materials used were at par with his pricing. Mike (project manager) arrived at the agreed date and provided me with details regarding the project. He and his crew were great. They were extremely careful and attentive. They went out of their way to keep things clean, keep me abreast of the job, and to complete work as contracted. Mike and his crew even replaced a line of decorative blocks that were in the driveway area (most work crews are not that attentive to details). We widened our driveway and added a walkway and platform for our recycling containers. All looks fantastic.
