During the installation the weather stripping/molding and peep hole parts were missing and we were told that we would be contacted about getting them installed since they are required to have the doors properly inspected. It is now two months later and we have yet to have the doors finished and inspected. Once again we have had to call them for status and are given standard blow hard false promises such as, "I will get a status and get right back to you" and then we never hear from them. They sure want your money but their customer service is atrocious and I will never do business with them again nor will I recommend to anyone to use this company."
