"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."

"He was professional and pleasant to work with. He knew his trade."

"Robert was great to work with kept his word showed up when he said he would and did a great job. He drywalled my bathroom and took extra care to be sure that there was wood behind the drywall in order to have mounting surfaces for the shower enclosure, towel bars, etc. He's a true professional who knows what he's doing!"

"Aden and his crew put in a retaining wall and concrete pad along with replacing our walkout basement doors and siding. The whole process was flawless from the start. Great communication from the get go. Definitely will be using again for other projects!"

"Doug’s awesome couldn’t be happier with the work he’s done at our place . I strongly recommend him if your looking for a hardworking, honest , fair builder with great services"

"Timely response to ad for gardener. This team is very professional & knowledgeable. Did all the work I asked for & beds look great for April."

"Drew was really nice and approachable to work with and he kept me informed on the work progress at regular intervals. He had to discontinue work on the day scheduled due to rain but he assured me that he would complete the assigned work the next day which he did. Really appreciate the accountability. Would definitely rehire them for future projects."
