Didn't even get a quote before-hand - we were that comfortable we were not going to be gouged. And we weren't. I carefully reviewed work as it was performed and found it to be truly quality work. By the way - we had many estimates but Rich was the one we chose because there was no guesswork. No speculation. Worst case scenario price was provided.
