One other contractor sent an estimator out and told me I needed the entire roof replaced at three times the cost that Mike charged. Mike told me the rest of my roof was fine, I just had two areas that had been leaking and the plywood sheeting had rotted. <br /> I found that Mike is very busy and in high demand, so patience is required when calling him on the phone. It sometimes take him day to get back to you, but it is well worth your wait. Mike is the most honest contractor I have worked with.
