After checking out the overall situation, he gave me an estimate to decide if I wanted to proceed. Eric efficiently accomplished the task, and showed me pictures of what was causing the drain clogs, and gave me tips for preventing future problems. This was really helpful! He also pointed out some other potential issues that we are now aware of, to keep an eye and budget for repairing in the future. Overall excellent experience!"

"Don't expect a true, full, Florida-cancel-able contract for estimate nor an itemized bill. Refer to Florida 's Statues concerning contracts, especially where buyers have three days to decide against such work and that the Law is to be part of said contracts. The owner needs to be forced to follow such Laws. The owner, also needs to understand that bullying or threatening a senior citizen is considered a felony, too. Finally, as a Disabled American Veteran, I'm reluctant to recommend his company, but he has some fine employees that do great work, without excuses."

"Although they did show up the same day seven hours later at 9 o clock at night and stay till close to 11 it was fixed by soldering the refrigerant Coil costing a lot out of my pocket they are a very expensive company reconsider unless you have the funds in your pocket. This is the reason why I gave a low score on referring this company or even rehiring. If you need to get a new unit please shop around because what they quoted me and what I am able to get elsewhere is a $2500 difference. My AC unit is seven years old."
