Refer to Florida 's Statues concerning contracts, especially where buyers have three days to decide against such work and that the Law is to be part of said contracts. The owner needs to be forced to follow such Laws. The owner, also needs to understand that bullying or threatening a senior citizen is considered a felony, too. Finally, as a Disabled American Veteran, I'm reluctant to recommend his company, but he has some fine employees that do great work, without excuses."

This is the reason why I gave a low score on referring this company or even rehiring. If you need to get a new unit please shop around because what they quoted me and what I am able to get elsewhere is a $2500 difference. My AC unit is seven years old."
