We will have no problem selling this house. We were home the entire time our installer worked on the kitchen. The guy worked hard and he did a great job. I consider myself handy, but I wouldn't taken this project on. Glad we didn't decide to paint. Everyone that sees our kitchen loves it, For reasons I can't explain, they think the kitchen is larger. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised.
