David, the technician/owner arrived right on time, was respectful of my home and made it a point to keep everything clean while he worked. He pointed out a couple things I wouldn't have known about otherwise (like a disconnected vent in the basement ). He said i would notice a difference in air quality after the cleaning and he was right! There's less dust around the house and the airflow seems stronger from my vents. They hang up on you and give you the run around to speak with a so called manager.
