"We wanted to add landscape lighting to our front and back yard. Bill came out and looked at what we had (an old system in the front yard with old halogen lights but a working transformer in the front yard and nothing in the back. He was extremely professional, and at my request worked to update and incorporate what I already had with new LED lighting. He was super easy to work with, knows his stuff and focused on doing a great job for the customer. I told him I didn't want to spend a fortune and he came up with a plan. Once we got everything up I wanted to make some tweaks and additions. He was super accommodating and responsive. He genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the finished product. Great experience. I got a few quotes from top Angie's list (and one other contractor) and Outdoor Illumination wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive but they are probably the best!"

They came in the Fall to shut down and empty the water out of my underground garden irrigation system so the system would not freeze and crack in the wintertime, then returned in the spring to reconnect the water, check and repair the system, and start the watering up again. "We've used Dependable One in the past with good results. This time, we had a problem with our GFCI circuit. Greg came out, inspected the entire circuit and replaced the bad GFCI outlet as well as another old outdoor outlet. I asked him about getting an Electrical Safety Inspection in the future and he said they could do that but he didn't push it as I didn't mention any other problems. Before he left, he asked if there was any thing else he should look at and I did remember one more outlet that was troublesome. He looked at it and did find an issue. After fixing it, he did think a Safety Inspection would be a good idea, sooner than later. A few days later, Greg came back with Nick and they went through our entire house. Other than replacing a few old outlets and bringing our kitchen circuit back up to code, we checked out all good. Greg and Nick were very professional and friendly. We very much appreciated the good job they did. I thought prices for both services were reasonable for the work performed and we're happy we got the Safety Inspection. We'll use Dependable One if we need electrical work in the future."
