"STB did a great job and beat the other two estimates by a wide margin. I watched during installation looking for obvious corner cutting (remember, they were the low bidder) but found none. The new gutters look great, have fasteners every 18 inches as they should, and fit snugly to the house, including the downspouts. A rainstorm a few days after installation proved the gutters work as they should. While I have no complaints about the new gutter, they did not completely clean the mess made when removing the old gutter. The old gutter had a lot of roofing tile sand in it that they allowed to be spread across the deck and in a few piles on the lawn. Not a big deal, but that is why I knocked off a half star. I would recommend this firm. I got a well installed gutter for a very good price."

"DSR did a great job! Victor reached out over the weekend as soon as I posted my project to repair a roof leak over my detached garage. He and his team came out Monday morning to determine the source of the leak and found water leaking in around a lightning rod cable running up into the steeple on the roof. I expected to schedule the repair later in the week, but he immediately ran out to get materials and got his team to work replacing the ridge cap and damaged shingles from my previous patching attempts, installing new flashing around the steeple, and sealing around the cable. It's getting difficult to find companies that are willing to come out to rural areas for repairs vs whole roof jobs, so I really appreciated Victor's responsiveness, attention to detail and professionalism of him and his team. Cleanup was spotless as well. Everything about my DSR experience was positive and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them for similar work and already did for a neighbor."
