"He did a great job, although it took a little longer than initially estimated, because his bond expired the day after he applied for the permit. He had the receipt to show he paid his bond renewal, but the government needed the original bond before he could get the permit and start on the new fence. Since he didn't need the permit to repair the existing fence, he did that while waiting for the bond to arrive. I couldn't be happier with the results. I have never seen a straighter fence. He actually convinced us to build a cheaper fence (cedar instead of vinyl) and stain the fence to match the existing fence. Very personable, beautiful workmanship."

"Very well. Rob the salesperson gave me an initial quote based on my "rough measurement" and when he came out the quote was pretty much spot-on. The installation team of Richard and Ian were fabulous! Professional, courteous, friendly and gave excellent input on some of the installation nuances. They were very tidy. I've used other fence companies in the past and I never received the level of service that I received from FFC Fencing. Everyone that I interacted with from Rob the salesperson to the office staff to my installers had a tremendous dedication to quality and customer service."

"His employee clean the gutters and ran water in front of the house clean the downspouts. He cleaned the gutters in the back but to not run water, because he said he was running late for another job. I asked him to connect to three foot plastic extensions from the gutters which entailed putting two screws in each one and he told me he should have charged me for that you don't do it for nothing. So I paid him $125 because he didn't sound like he was kidding."

"Service Doctor built a new wood front porch with beautiful metal railings. Randy the owner gave me excellent design suggestions and the entire team was very professional . Their communication with me was very good every step of the way. The crew that demolished my old porch were very hardworking and poured the new sidewalk - well done ! Mario and Mike built the porch with great care and precision - they really took pride in their work . It turned out beautifully !!!"

"A family member died in February, and we needed someone to complete some unfinished remodeling.  AR completed an extensive amount of great work in a very short time (I'm remembering maybe two weeks).  The entire basement needed drywalled, and this includes a bathroom and a walk-in closet.  A few other repairs needed to be done around the kitchen area.  <br /> The drywall work is unbelievable - seams and repairs are completely undetectable.    The painting was a little sloppy - quite a bit of overspray on trim and stair railings.  The skylight is gorgeous, and the roof repairs were quick and professional.   Communication at the end was a little shaky; we never did get the key for the house back, nor were we able to return some of the contractor's items that had been left at the house. <br />"

"Initially, due to the insistence of the manager at Fence Masters, I arranged with a tree removal company to be at my property within a half hour of the scheduled arrival of the fence crew so they could remove a tree stump in the corner of my property which was right on the fence line with the tree branches imbedded in the fence. The fence crew needed to dismantle the fence around the corner so that the tree company could get their equipment to the stump. <br />   For reference, this wasn't done sooner because of all the relevant homeowners owning pets. <br />   Unfortunately, the manager for fence company never notified the crew of these arrangements. They showed up very late which infuriated manager of tree company. He threatened to pull his equipment at one point, but I convinced him to wait since the fence crew was almost there. This created many headaches which could have been avoided due to lack of communication. I'm quite sure the tree company took a loss on me with all the time that was wasted. <br />   Once the crew dismantled all my fence I was informed they were packing up early so one of them could make a doctors appointment. This crew consisted of only two men. This was on a thursday of a scheduled two day installation. <br />   On Friday, the following morning, I was informed the crew would be running late. Later, I was informed that they would not be back until the following Monday since the crew member seeing the doctor had to be hospitalized. I had already arranged for two days off work to oversee this project so that was a waste. I tried to get fence masters to send someone else to do the work but, they claimed they had no other crews available. I could only presume that all their crews consisted of only two men. <br />   The following monday came and again, because of delays at the shop, the original crew came several hours later than expected. I was still able to be home for the project since I was now on a vacation week. Couldn't go anywhere though. So, my two  day project turned into six. <br />   Regardless of all the delays, miscommunication, and avoidable headaches, I couldn't be happier with the finished product. <br /> The two man crew was fantastic. They were extremely hard working, professional and knowledgeable. We went over the whole project at the start along with the survey plot and kept communicating throughout the project to avoid any further problems. <br />   As for the management of Fence Masters, they did make a serious effort to satisfy all my dissatisfaction with the delays, etc., and we did reach a satisfactory solution prior to the final payment. <br />   At this point I feel I could still recommend them as a fence contractor with the caveat that there may be scheduling issues due to lack of manpower in my opinion. <br />   <br />"

"They gave me the wrong type of carpet. If you walk on it, you see your footprints. They were supposed to get the other one. The guy got it mixed up. I just stayed with it because once you get the carpet in, it's kind of a pain to redo the whole thing. I got a carpet I didn't really like. They were nice to deal with. But the sales guy got it mixed up. They should improve on communication. I would tell a friend or a family member to make sure they're emphatic about forgetting carpet. There are two different types and they're the same color and same carpet. They've got to know for sure that they know what they're selling. I don't think the guy understood. I think he knew what he was selling, but he was confused. Other than that, the installation was good. Their price was competitive. They were right here when they said they were going to be here."
