"He is very quiet, but does an awesome job. He installed new shower heads in both bathrooms, installed over 40 handles on the new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, fixed the bedroom window with parts ordered from Anderson, caulked nails on the roof and flashing, helped me clean the vent in the bathroom, and even changed burned out bulbs because I can't get up on a ladder. He spent his whole day here, did a fabulous job, and I can't thank him enough."

"The employees of Tri-County Roofing went above and beyond to fulfill their motto "Done Right." My roof replacement was an insurance claim. Joe, in sales, worked with my insurance adjuster after his evaluation of the damage also showed that my ventilation was not up to code, and the insurance increased the benefit to bring my ventilation up to code. Nate, the supervisor, talked to me every day regarding the progress of the work and answered my questions. The crew - Nick, Danny, Tim, Balazs, David and Isaac - did an outstanding job and cleaned up my property at the end of every work day. I am completely satisfied with Tri-County Roofing and would recommend them to anyone who asked me."

"Mike and his crew cut down a very huge tree that had large limbs overhanging my neighbors garage. They also pruned some large limbs on another large tree that were overhanging my house. Excellent cleanup when finished. Mike is very friendly and seems to be very honest. I had several other estimates but Mike's price beat all of the others by far!!"

"Perhaps I should be precluded from participating here - but Service Doctor has done several projects both residential and commercial for me and always delivers quality work on budget. To be forthright, Angie is my wife- Service Doctor did several projects for me and my business long before we were married. She takes her work very intensely; she carries it home with her, she accepts phone calls at night and over the weekends. I watch her deal with all the questions, changes, scheduling issues, and or just spend time bringing customers up to speed on the project status. I have observed and listened to her with her customers, with her co-workers and I have to say she goes above and beyond to provide a finished job that exceeds all expectations. She addresses her customers first, an example last summer I had to put a new roof on our home, a large job to remove the old and install 80 some squares of new cedar shakes, she pulled the crew from our home to take care of a few customers, I note she did so without hesitation. I just watched her anguish over a review- actually a reposted unenthusiastic review from over a year ago that was just reposted by “Chris”. Chris claims my wife was shockingly rude—interrupting, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I have never known Angie to be rude or unprofessional. When I do something stupid, I have seen her be dismissive. I have watched her deal with difficult people, difficult situations, her co-workers and sub-contractors. Being rude is just not in her DNA- and she is always correcting me when I struggle with being polite in difficult situations. She is not perfect –no one is – she works very hard doing it right, making the job go as painless as possible and controlling costs. All this to say I don’t know who this Chris guy is that is stalking my wife or why he can’t let go after a year- or why he keeps reposting negative comments anonymously with none of the underlying facts. So, Chris tells exactly what happened rather than just saying Angie and Jenna were rude and dismissive. What was the job, did they enter a contract with you to do the job, did they not finish the job, was the job delayed because materials were not available, if you have the balls to post a bad review – have the tenets to provide the facts. Yes, I am defending my wife, from an anonymous b****, and some Chris guy that seems to be stalking her, I would be foolish not to."

FAQs for metal roofing repair projects in Lake Station, IN

Maintaining your soffit is essential. You must inspect it twice yearly to catch any clear signs of deterioration. Look for cracks, mold, rotted wood, sagging sections, chipped paint, or missing boards. If these issues are detected, contact a professional immediately to repair or replace the damaged soffit and protect your home’s structural integrity.

To maintain your fascia boards and soffits, inspect them regularly to protect your roof and home's structure. Clean your gutters to remove debris and prevent moisture buildup. Repaint any damaged sections to keep moisture at bay. Upgrading drip edges and vents improves airflow and dispels moisture efficiently, helping you avoid severe damage and costly repairs.

While installing a new soffit over an existing soffit isn't common, it may be necessary in some older homes. If removing the original soffit could damage delicate structures, a professional might recommend installing the new soffit without complete removal. Always consult a qualified professional to assess the condition and ensure this method is safe and effective.

When hiring someone for soffit and fascia repair, choose a specialist with proven roofing and gutter systems expertise. A knowledgeable contractor will thoroughly inspect your home and provide a straightforward repair or replacement plan. Check online reviews and ask for references to ensure you receive high-quality service that delivers lasting results and strong protection for your home.
