Trident was recommended to us by another plumber we have used in the past, but who was unavailable for this issue. Landon came out and not only got us flowing again, but diagnosed and repaired the underlying problem. He was extremely professional and friendly, and I would highly recommend him to anyone for their plumbing needs. He even put up with our 4 year old yellow lab, who can be a bit aggressive in his friendliness. Long story short - if you need plumbing work done, call Trident and ask for Landon. "I contacted Seatown Electric about installing a replacement bathroom fan; the existing fan (an inexpensive and loud NuTone) was undersized for the bathroom and leading to condensation. I e-mailed Lisa and Matt at the main office to get their input on a new fan with humidity-sensing capabilities, high airflow, and low sound.They sent me a suggestion for a high-quality Panasonic bathroom fan that fit my needs perfectly, plus an estimate that was very reasonable. On the scheduled day, Jeff and his assistant arrived and got right to work: they spread out some protective gear for my floors, removed the old ceiling fan, enlarged the ceiling cutout to accommodate the new fan, and had the new fan installed in just over an hour. I was particularly impressed at how carefully Jeff removed the old fan - it wasn't as easy as simply pulling the old one out, but he took the time to cleanly remove it from the ceiling without unnecessary cutting or leaving behind any stray mounting hardware. To top it all off, Jeff and his assistant cleaned up all the stray dust and insulation that had fallen from the ceiling. In the end, I had an awesome new ceiling fan with a humidity sensor that was installed in much less time than it ever would have taken me. :-) I'm very happy with Seatown and will be hiring them again."

"I was referred to Apollo Plumbing by G&S Heating, Cooling and Electric when my 75 Gallon Hot Water Heater Failed. G&S originally installed the water heater when they installed my Geo-Thermal Heating system and I’ve always had nothing but praise for G&S. They are honest, ethical and fair in all their business dealings and the quality of the work has been impeccable. Due to some regulatory changes, G&S could not replace my 75 Gallon Water Heater, but instead referred me to Apollo. I called and was helped by Samara, who was extremely helpful in fitting me into the schedule. Zac the installer showed up to my home, a bit late, but I was happy that he had arrived and work could commence. Zac presented me with the estimate for the service and that’s where things took a turn for the worse. I had done some research on the pricing I should expect my new hot water heater to cost. The one that had failed was 12 years old and I could have had the same exact model delivered to my home for $1,100 dollars. Home Depot and Lowes stocked a similar model and would have delivered them to my home for about the same price. Zak delivered an estimate to me that totaled over $4,800.00, of which, $2,300 was for the water heater, about $1,200.00 more than I could have obtained a replacement. When I protested, I got an explanation that it was a specialty item, the only type of water heater Apollo will install and warrantee, and several other meaningless points in trying to justify the cost. Zac did apply a “coupon” reduction of $292.00, however, it didn’t make me feel any better about the situation. I was up against a time constraint of an overseas business trip and didn’t have the luxury of backing out of the appointment, so I reluctantly accepted the estimate. Zac did a good job of installing the new heater. I’m a small business owner and have been in business for 40 years. In that period, I have never had a customer complain about or question the price of any invoice I’ve submitted to them. I was clearly overcharged for the hot water heater. As such, I would recommend others getting competing estimates after they receive one from Apollo to make sure they are not being overcharged. I won’t use them again."

"Things went as hoped. After my own research I realized that the job may involve cutting the pipe, and possibly extending the pipe, which would be beyond my current skills. TP plumbing had good reviews and serves Marysville. I was able to get same-day service at a fair price. The pipe did need to be cut, but did not require an extension. It has been about a month and I haven't had any further problems."

Gave me price options for toilets that would meet our needs, arranged for removal and installation within a couple days. They were here on time and within 1 1/2 hours had removed all 3, cleaned where the old toilets had been, hauled them away and had installed and caulked all 3 and were in their way. Their plumbers were respectful, friendly and professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for future plumbing needs."
