He gave me a bid and even suggested that I might get other bids. I developed a lot of confidence from the professional and clear manner he presented the needs we had for our plumbing update. My wife and I decided it was the better plan to just take care of all of it now ahead of future issues that we could face as the 50 year old plumbing system aged further. By the way, there was a crack in one part of the drain pipe and the water pipes were showing early signs of leaking at joints. "Mark was able to replace my water heater quickly and efficiently and went the extra mile to make sure I understood the function of the heater and the water leak gauge -- my old one was improperly installed and submerged by water (super helpful. not.) We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). He installed the plumbing and ventilation systems for ALL THREE appliances, and also fixed a leak in our sink. Not to mention he fixed a problem we had assembling the pipes for a new bathroom vanity. FINALLY, Alex assembled and built out the plumbing for an extremely large and cumbersome dog bath in our basement, as well as found specialty parts that the bath required.
