"I needed roll down shutters to protect my lanai and three sliding patio doors from storms. I got three or more quotes from various companies. I decided RollShield had the best quote and overall price. RollShield’s salesman Don answered my questions and even showed me shutters he had just installed on his house. I signed a contract. They showed up on schedule and installed the three shutters and did the electrical connections and switches. The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They complected the installation in one day. The city permit inspection went great. The next night we had a tornado alert for our area. It was nice to just close the shutters and go to bed. "Employees came on the appointed day and time.  They worked for a full week and then another three days after the inspection.  They removed all existing doors, windows, casements, and related structures.  They were clean, neat, friendly, and professional.  They cleaned up every day. Nothing was left open during the evening. Most days there were four workers on the job.  The new doors and windows are very attractive, open and close easily, and are very secure.  I am really pleased with the end result.  I had a couple bids that were about $2,000 above and one that was $500 or so below.  After this project was finished I have hired Mr. Build for another smaller project.

"Good company. Owner and worker were professional and courteous. I just needed one roll-up shutter repaired at the time. They were helpful and took the time to explain the repair. As far as cost goes, they were very reasonable. The only con is that they are very busy so sometimes you may need to schedule asap. and understand patience qith regards to scheduling only. "Scheduling, work, and completion were outstanding. When we called for some minor corrections, they came within one day. Craig Hill, the man in charge, was hands on. They tidied up as they went. We have used the shutters on extremely cold evenings and when there were tornado alerts. So they are not just for hurricanes. Living in Florida on a golf course, we are subject to some very brisk winds. These shutters disappear into the background and are not unattractive. We would highly recommend this firm to anyone considering hurricane protection or snowbirds looking for a way to close up their homes before heading back North. The remote controls allow closing of individual windows or all. We have 11 total. They can be stopped at any level to block the sun. We are very, very satisfied with the shutters and the company."
