"Short version: Sam is awesome to say the VERY least. He knows what he is doing, does not try to rip you off with service, and minimums, and stands behind his work. I will definitely be using him going forward if I ever need my roof repaired. Long version: Back in April 2022, I realized I had a major roof leak that would leave a massive puddle inside of my garage after heavy rain. I inquired on Angi.com, the morning I realized it was the roof leaking. I had a roofing company just pop up to inspect the damage, and without even pulling his ladder to actually inspect the roof, proceeded to tell me what the issue was and that they could get it fixed ASAP, but they have a minimum fee of $725. As I was talking to the roofer from the other company, I received a text from Sam. Shortly after the roofer left, I responded to Sam and he said that he would be in my area the following morning and could stop by. Sam came out the next day, actually climbed up on the roof, did a thorough inspection, and told me exactly what the problem(s) was. He quoted me a price significantly lower than the other company and said he could come out a few days later (because it was still snowing... in April). He sealed the windows and flashing, then asked me to let him know if the roof leaked at all after. A day or so later we had heavy rains and very strong winds in my area (I live on a hill) so the wind had lifted the shingles on the corner of the roof which caused water to enter the garage. I contacted Sam, and he came out the same day, and repaired/sealed the roof, and again instructed me to reach out if the roof leaked at all. It is July 15, 2022 and we have had quite a few heavy rains/strong winds since April 2022 (it is actually raining right now), and the roof has not leaked at all. Thank you again Sam, I sincerely appreciate it!!!"

"Estate Exteriors provided exceptional roof repair service after storm damage to my property. Eugene promptly answered my call, which was a great relief during a stressful situation. He and his team demonstrated true professionalism throughout the process. What impressed me even more was that they didn't just focus on the obvious storm damage. The team went above and beyond by conducting a full roof inspection. This comprehensive approach ensured that no potential issues were overlooked, giving me peace of mind about the overall condition of my roof. The quality of their work was outstanding, and they completed the repairs in a timely manner. Their quick response time was particularly impressive, especially considering the circumstances following the storm. I was thoroughly impressed by the team's expertise and attention to detail. They addressed all the damage efficiently and effectively, restoring my roof to excellent condition. Their professional approach, thorough inspection, and high-quality workmanship have left me feeling secure and satisfied with the results. "Enrique's Roofing is amazing! I reached out in the early morning with a roof leak issue. They were very responsive! Their guys were at my building within less than an hour. Sergio and his team took before and after pictures to show me what the issues were. They showed up when they said they would to repair the roof. This saved me from more leaking from anticipated rain that was scheduled for later in the day. Great communication and they worked fast! I can't thank them enough! Many many thanks! I would highly recommend Enrique's Roofing and I will use them again for my roof maintenance needs!"

"Benjamin Brothers provided excellent communications in timely fashion. Their crew worked super efficiently from start to finish. Their GAF ratings are well deserved. Roof replacement is expensive but sometimes necessary. Proper workmanship is well worth the price. You get what you pay for."

"We started the process of gathering quotes for a new roof last fall after a leak developed during a downpour. We called an Architect friend we’ve used in the past for his recommendation. Called that company and they showed up within the hour and did a temporary fix. We asked them for a quote to replace our 25 year old shingles. it was quite an eye opener. “How much?” We then asked a neighbor who just had their home done the year before and who is also in the building/construction business who they used. We called and was told “We don’t do residental anymore”. We asked who they would recommend and tried to contact that company only to find out their phone number was no longer in service. Had a few quotes from companies mentioned on NextDoor. Received three quotes very similar in price to each other and about 50% less than that first company. Now it was late November and we had to wait until spring hoping the temporary fix gets us through. Spring: Decided to get one more estimate because we weren’t getting the best vibe from the other three. We contacted Berg Home Improvements through their website and Nick called us almost immediately. Nick, who is very knowledgeable, has been a pleasure to work with through all phases of the process. We were giving a long list of Berg Home Improvement roof installations in and around Downers Grove which really helped in deciding what color would look the best on our home. Nick’s quote was in the same ballpark as the other three. Our new Berg roof was installed a few days ago. It looks fantastic! We are so very happy with how smooth it all went. A first rate crew with attention to detail. The clean-up was impeccable. A local company that has been in the business for over 60 years and of course there was Nick who made it all happen. What else could one ask for? Thinking about a new roof. Be sure you contact Nick at Berg Home Improvements. You will be happy you did."

"Excellent service and follow-up. The roof was completed in one day and the gutters and downspouts two days later. Nick kept us informed throughout the process."

"It was a pleasure to work with Angelo, they moved quickly and got the job done in a timely manner and left the roof well repaired."

"Dan called yesterday shortly after my initial inquiry. He arrived a little ahead of schedule which was great. He inspected the roof, provided a very reasonable repair estimate, and then completed the work. I would/will recommend High Top Roofing and will use the company to replace the roof completely next spring."
