When necessary he will subcontract plumbing, electrical or drywall work, but all work will be carefully supervised. Quality control is his utmost priority. Remodeling is stressful for homeowners. There is dust, noise, change in daily routines and invasion of privacy. Ben will make all efforts to keep disruptions to a minimum. He will also consult with you throughout the project, explain choices and offer suggestions to make sure that the end result will meet your expectations and that he can add you to his list of happy customers. If your home is built before 1979, it might possibly contain lead paint. We are prepared to deal with the lead dust that can be generated by remodeling activities. We offer a free consultation and estimate. When you are satisfied and ready to contract with Rainier Fencing & Decking we require a signed copy of the estimate and a half down payment. This secures your spot on our schedule and allows us to procure your material. Upon completion of the job we require the final payment. If you mention to us at time of bid we do offer a free wood gate on any purchase more than 150lf of estate style wood fence or better. We do offer financing on any fence or deck.

"Rainier Fencing built our fence years ago. So when a section fell onto the sidewalk (because our landscaper cut it off :( ) we called them to get it repaired, along with another section that had storm damage, a gate that wasn't functioning properly, and a small dog-house like structure for our hot tub pump that was falling apart. Because of the urgency of the situation -- our yard was open to the street -- a member of their office team actually came to do the work, and he was great! Everything looks terrific, and he actually *replaced* a full section rather than merely repairing it. (Another company, for the same cost, said they'd repair, but it was falling apart and that would never have worked.) Now, our gates work (he actually looked at the second gate and fixed its opening, too!), the new section looks perfect, and the extra work on our hot tub pump housing made it finally sturdy and well-constructed. We are VERY happy with the responsiveness and the good work!"
