I took photos of all the problem areas and they had to come back to fix it. When the lattice was reattached to the deck, a scrub brush enclosed under the deck. Found areas of red paint on blue."

Marshall Painting was very accommodating with my schedule and the price was very reasonable. It took them a fraction of the time to do the rooms and stairway, whereas it took me 4 days for one room. While I had wasted time second guessing myself or trying to cover up crayon on the wall, they were experienced and got it right the first time instead of wasting time and effort like me. They painted the bedroom doors and trim I was sure we'd have to replace and patched up some holes in the walls. They were methodical in their set-up and clean up, so no paint drips or flecks anywhere (unlike myself). I felt comfortable with them in my home, friendly but not overtly to the point of awkward conversation that I worry about whether I'm paying them for that time or not.
