"Garret was referred to me by my brother in law who is a plumber. Garret worked on. Two of my rentals. Repairing a leak and replacing a kitchen faucet at one house and and at the second he replaced a hot water tank. The hot water tank had been leaking for awhile and Garret recommended that the floor be replaced(it was pressed partial board that had been softened by the leaking tank). He brought everything “up to code” so I know going forward that this. Project is completed. The work was done quickly and I paid a fair price for the work. Gave me price options for toilets that would meet our needs, arranged for removal and installation within a couple days. They were here on time and within 1 1/2 hours had removed all 3, cleaned where the old toilets had been, hauled them away and had installed and caulked all 3 and were in their way. "Cal Reese and his son, Jason, provided a service call on 8/13/13 after I contacted them because I had no hot water, only warm water from the taps.  It was determined that my current hot water heater either needed to be repaired or replaced.  They promised to arrive around 9 AM on the 14th.
Jason arrived on time and started draining the tank in order to determine whether it was going to be a repair or a replacement. When Cal arrived, they discussed possible repairs and determined that the heater needed to be replaced.  (The hot water heater had been in use since 1997.)  
All of the work took approximately 4 hours.  They removed all of the garbage, the old tank, and cleaned up the area.  They put my garden hose back on its rack and even watered my tomato plant.  
I had used Big Bird Plumbing twice in 2012:  they installed a toilet seat bidet which required the placement of a GFI outlet and then came back a couple of months later to install a permanent toilet riser.  They removed their shoes inside my home, at my request, and cleaned up all of the debris and packaging.
