They then no-showed with no warning 4 scheduled follow-up visits. I filed a successful dispute with my credit card company. He is absolutely a “nice” guy who is an expert at roofing. His repair quote was very fair and his timeline was couple days to start. I agreed and in couple days the leak was repaired.
