"From start to finish, Patriot Roofing performed brilliantly! Kraig Perry provided the original estimate, which proved to be fair, accurate, and was given without any kind of sales pressure or attempt to "upsell". The contract and financing options were also clear and detailed. When it came to the actual installation, Production Manager Larry Smith did an excellent job keeping us informed of minor delays, and helped coordinate de-confliction with an ongoing fence project. When the project began, Crew Chief Charlie proved to be a talented professional. He and his team worked hard, fast, and smart, and the results turned out even better than we expected. The day after the roof/insulation/vent work was completed, the gutter installation team arrived, and finished in one day. I didn't write down the names of the two-person crew who installed the custom gutters, but the two of them (a woman and a man) were also exceptionally professional and competent. Nicest looking and highest-quality gutters this home has ever had! All additions to the original contract price were clearly communicated; there were no surprises. There still are a couple of items remaining to be completed, most notably replacing the rusted furnace vent pipe, which will be handled by an HVAC specialist. One minor issue occurred when the water heater vent pipe was reinstalled; it was dislocated at the water heater, and so was venting directly into the laundry room. When my wife discovered this late on a Friday afternoon (of Labor Day weekend), I sent an email to the @customer-service address, and received a response by phone within 30 minutes. Steve Campbell promised that a repair would happen that evening. Even though no specialists were available, the Patriot Roofing Production Manager assigned to monitor final completion, Eberardo Alarcon, responded himself, evaluated the situation, explained what needed to be done, and fixed the vent pipe within a few minutes! It's this kind of customer service which distinguishes Patriot Roofing from its competition. Two very minor things for improvement: There were a bunch of roofing nails left on the driveway and dog kennel; (We did a thorough search after the roofing crew departed.) Also, we provided about 3/4 of a gallon of exterior house paint for the couple of new wooden eave vents, but the remaining paint hasn't been returned. We're going to need that to paint the replacement sheathing under the eaves, and/or do a color match. Aside from those very minor issues, we have only great things to say about Patriot Roofing; I've already recommended this company to several friends who are planning to re-roof this Fall."

"Customer service was excellent! The company kept the lines of communication fluid. All questions and concerns were dealt with promptly and professionally. The workmanship was also excellent. The cost was very reasonable and competitive. When they first came out they discussed what would need to be done and replaced to avoid any surprises. Of course they can’t detect everything prior to removal so it’s expected to have a cost to replace sheeting and/or facia boards. I would get pictures of items that may need replacing in real time and while they are on site. They also subbed out the painting of my house. The workmanship with that was precise as if it was their own house. I highly recommend TJ Roofing to anyone. I want to put a “shoutout” to TJ, Vidi, Freddy and Jose. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"After contacting NW Natural Lighting, Dawn came to our house (on a weekend, which was nice) to do a consultation, explaining how solartubes work, helping us understand where and how they could have the most impact, and providing recommendations for where to install them and how many to install. Ours is a bit of an unusual case because we were installing the solartubes in bedrooms, but they explained that we could put dimmers in to close them at night. The installation had to be booked a month or two out because they're booked pretty far out, but the installers showed up on time and did a great job on the installation. I think our building is a little tricky to work with because the roof is pretty steep and the ceiling is lathe and plaster, but they got the solartubes in with only one extra hole in the ceiling (we pretty much end up with an extra hole in the wall or ceiling anytime anyone does work on our place). The additional light is great, and the fixtures blend in pretty well with the ceilings."

These guys are prompt in contacting you but they do not have a big office staff (or big overhead to go with that) so if they don't answer you right away, it is because they are on a job site, working. They will get back to you soon though!
Johnson Roofing was prompt in getting out to our small condominium building and giving our roof a solid inspection and a good and tight (right on the money as far as final bill) estimate. They were also very prompt in coming back out and doing the repair. I give them the highest grades for their great communication, verbal and written (text messages) throughout the whole process, as well as follow up afterward.
I also appreciate the extra time they took to go over what they found up on our roof and the steps they took to repair the damage. Johnson Roofing's report on our roof was confirmed to me yesterday by another contractor who came out to do our gutter cleaning and some moss removal. I have a high level of trust with Johnson Roofing. The job they did for us was small in scope, but they treated it exactly like a big job; because for us, it was a big job!
