"The seal Waterworks put between my driveway and my garage floor makes the driveway appear much more finished. I didn't know how unfinished it looked before I hired Waterworks. It looks much better now. My only concern is that the "filler" material is still soft 3 days later. I need to call the company to find out if that is a problem or no. They were also fast. "Cement Raising mud jacked the driveway apron and front sidewalk and caulked the joints. When they were done, the concrete was restored to the proper level in both places. The caulking job was adequate, but not any better than what I could have done myself. Unfortunately the repairs to the front sidewalk are quite visible (lots of drill holes in a small space), so I'm not sure that mud jacking was an appropriate solution. They were pretty messy. They dislodged the sump pump pipe and got white goop on the grass, the shrubs, the decorative rocks, the street, the entire length of the hose they borrowed, and a bare patch of soil in the neighbors yard. <br />"

They were professional, everyone from the salesman, to the office staff, to the three men who removed our old roof and installed the new one. They did not disturb our landscaping and they cleaned the area every evening when they left. It was surprising quiet. Their nifty Equipter machinery carried the old shingles to the dumpster in our driveway. Even the dumpster was not obnoxiously large. "We are very happy with the results of the exterior waterproofing Drew and his crew performed. Drew was the only contractor willing to try to accomplish the waterproofing task by preventing the water intrusion rather than dealing with the water once it was inside the foundation. They removed a 12" by 20 ft section of concrete driveway along the house, excavated a trench to the front yard and installed a "french" style drain along with rock and plastic lining. They also regraded along the front of the house using the same method and connected to the drain line. The entire thing terminates in a rock filled underground pit. It has been eight months since the work was completed and there has been no water intrusion from the fall through the spring. The entire crew was very professional. They took care to not cause any more lawn damage than absolutely necessary and cleaned the driveway almost completely. We were realistic knowing not every spec of dirt would come off without some rain, but they left almost nothing when they left. We will be calling Drew for at least one more project that we are confident will be performed with absolute perfection."

"It went great. Justin (the owner) sent out Jake and Kyle to do a patch job for free and had started to do it when we talked with them about their opinions about the job. They said they would do the job for free, but it might look a bit patchy when complete as it would be difficult to match the previous epoxy color. They talked us into redoing the entire floor for a small part of the actual cost. Jake and Kyle were extremely friendly and professional. Plus, they did a great job. The job site was extremely clean. I would definitely use them again if needed."

"<p>These guys walk on water. First they show up on time!!! Second they are some of the nicest people we have ever met. The quality of work is beyond anything we could have hoped for.</p> <p>When the insurance company tried to pull a fast one with the settlement, Mike stepped up and went to bat for us and he fixed the problem with our insurance. It did not matter to him, he was going to get paid either way, but this is the kind of stand up guy Mike is.</p> <p>We where going to have the roof put on last fall, but Mike was concerned about the weather getting cold and encouraged us to wait until spring. He went up and repaired the problem areas and sealed the leaks so we could make it through the winter. Never charged us a dime.</p> <p>When it came time to do the roof, the material showed up on time, all the colors were correct. The crew showed up when they said they would be here and work hard all day. The clean up was incredible. I think the yard and landscaping was cleaner after they were here then before the work.</p> <p>We can not say enough great thinks about Mike and Over Under Construction.
