We re-face cabinetry and provide upgrades such as new doors, drawer boxes, drawer slides, hinges and more to make your existing cabinets look and work like new. "We hired Kent to come out and refinish/lacquer our very high end bathroom cabinetry (his assistant did the actual work). The work looked great upon initial completion, but then less than a year later, the paint started badly chipping and cracking. We contacted Kent to see if he was willing to make it right. He said he was; made an appointment to come out, rescheduled at the last minute a number of times, but finally made it out. After seeing it, he said he would be in touch to schedule a date for his assistant to come out to fix the job, and then ghosted us. I've called and texted him numerous times over the past SEVEN months to try to get him to honor his promise to come fix the shoddy job, and no reply. I'm receiving read receipts on all of the texts so I know they are being received and read. Incredibly disappointing that after spending all of that money, we are left with a subpar job that is looking worse by the day, and Kent is refusing to honor his promise to make it right."
