"It was our third time using The Handy Veteran and it will not be the last. Kevin and his team are absolutely top notch! Our first job with Kevin was to replace and paint all of the wood and trim in our entire house, replace carpet with LVP flooring on a third of the floors in our 3000sqf home, refaced our fireplace, install a new front door, & paint the entire house. Second job was to repair and paint our large deck. This last job was to replace more floors, remodel our guest bathroom and hang multiple lights fixtures. Our first job was in 2020 and the initial work they did is still perfect. Kevin stands by his work. He is not satisfied until the job is done right and was extremely accommodating to all of our requests. He wanted us satisfied and happy with the work and even made some great suggestions that really enhanced the final outcome. "We had an exterior door to our garage that would not close/latch properly and therefore presented a security risk. I called multiple companies for quotes and explained we'd like to try repairing the door first, but are open to replacing it if necessary. Multiple other companies told us there was no other option but to replace the door. Robert's company was the last one on our list to gather a quote from. He came by the very next day after I called, immediately found core problem with the door (simple loose screws in the hinges) and fixed then and there. The fix was so simple, he didn't even charge us. I so appreciate that Robert wasn't trying to scam us into a bigger more expensive project of replacing the entire door.
