"They were great. One of the posts wasn't quite right so I called them on Friday and they just came today to fix it, so that was fast. The young men that work for him were very good, Brian Wicket is the foreman and he stayed with them all the time. He even gave me his cell phone number because he said the office sometimes gets busy and he called back that evening when I called them for the rework. The young men that put it in were very nice and knew what they were doing. They called two days ago to apologize for not being able to get out here sooner. We were very happy with them. They cleaned up their mess, they brought all their stuff, and we didn't have to do anything really. It was pretty nice. When they first came out we didn't know much about what we wanted but I kind of knew I wanted vinyl and I knew I wanted black vinyl for the chain link fence so that it looked a little nicer and they brought everything. We got two quotes, they were cheaper but not that much, maybe about $400 cheaper, and I really liked what they had to offer compared to the others. The other companies were more reputable but I liked the personal part of my interaction with the people of Michiana Fence. They called, they told me when they would do it, they called a week ahead of time to say they would be over that following week if it didn't rain and they kept following up with phone calls, so the communication was excellent and I was pleased with that. They took their time with us, they had brochures and they told us where they bought the fence. Everything was written down on the contract, the installation, what they were going to do, how many and what that cost was going to be, the tax and everything. I wanted some steel supports under one fence and he added that on. We paid them half and then they did not take any more money until they were all done. They just worked with us. They did it one day and it was a small job too but they treated it as if it were a big job. I would refer them to my best friend but they are not in our town, they are about twenty miles away but they service our area. They can do right with the big boys."

"Hired Timberseal to strip, clean and stain (spray/brush method) Shadowbox Wood (cedar) Fence. The company has its own stain product which (based on previous customers) has its good life span after applied. The job was assigned to two technicians (Justin and Justin) who worked from beginning to the end of the project. Proper protection methods were used to prevent potential over spray. Job was done timely. This team did great job in timely manner. They cleaned job site afterwards. Would hire them again in the future, because they were very detailed, and professional."

If you are like I was and not knowing who to call or what company to trust, I can save you a lot of time and anxiety by saying call H&H Custom Made Vinyl Fence. This is one of the most professional and well run contractors I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. My sales rep Josh was extremely helpful in getting the process started with layout & selection. Then, one of the most important things to consider is the installation. No fence project can be successful if It’s not installed correctly and Eric & Braden were the most professional installers I’ve ever had for any home improvement endeavor. Those two guys were like a machine from start to finish and the results were awesome. It had to have been one of the hottest and most humid days we’ve had during the installation and they both worked hard the whole time. They had to have been hot & tired by the end , but yet made sure everything was cleaned up and in order before they left. Any company would be blessed to have them as employees. If all that isn’t enough I guess I always assumed all vinyl fences are about the same, but I could tell how much better the quality was of the fencing I had installed. Here is the final bonus. I chose H&H out of 5 estimates I received because I felt they were the best company, not because of price. However they did end up being the lowest bidder. This was a winning experience all the way around."
