"Our house was in desperate need of exterior paint, and the shingles were in bad shape. We got a lot of estimates, but Brian seemed the most knowledgeable and the most reasonable in terms of cost. He and his crew were very professional and, even better, very responsive to our texts and phone calls (something that is unusual in any contractor). This is the first time we've had to have a house painted, and naturally we had a lot of questions. Brian was extremely patient with us and answered all our questions and offered us aesthetic advice as well, that always ended up being the right thing to do! He even helped us pick out the right stain for our stairs, by buying samples himself and painting examples on different steps. He was also very accommodating when we added a few things to the initial job (replacing a broken window pane, painting/staining our back deck) or changed our minds about other things. The condition of our house and unpredictable weather made the job take longer than expected, but the crew head, Alex, took the time to do everything right. When we had concerns, Brian always addressed them immediately, and those that he couldn't address right away due to weather or other circumstances, he promised to address at a later date. We have found very few contractors that are so flexible and willing to work with the client to get the job done right. We love the way our house looks (as do the neighbors!), and we highly recommend Brian."

"Leading up to the scheduled commencement of the project, Sean was in periodic communication with me providing updates. One week prior to the beginning of the project Sean met with me at my house to review the scope of the project and assess equipment needs. Sean and his staff arrived at my home on the agreed upon start date and, with the exception of 3 rain days, worked continuously until the project was completed. Plastic sheeting was spread under the work to catch the scrapings, protect the foundation plants, and avoid drippings on the hardscape and porch roofing shingles. The preparatory work was extensive. The Kennedy Team did a very thorough job scraping, caulking, re-nailing clapboard, and priming. I was particularly impressed that the primer was tinted to match the final color. Two coats of finish paint was applied to all surfaces. Sean returned the day after the project to complete a comprehensive clean-up of my property. My house looks terrific. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the results. The project has been complete for approximately one month and we are still receiving complements on the new paint job."

"I couldn t have asked for more when hiring Claudio to stain my deck That had new and old pressurize wood from an extension I did a few years ago. I reached out to multiple contractors For estimates and when talking to Claudio I just knew by his professionalism his knowledge on paint and especially staining was superior to the rest, He would pick up my call every time I tried reaching out to him texted back immediately. The job was a two session job so on one day he sent out one of his workers what you have to say came right on time 8 AM in the morning to power-wash the deck, He was there for about four hours and you could tell by his meticulous work that he wasn t rushing the job even though it was just power-washing, The next challenge was waiting a few days for it to dry and as you know this rain wasn t helping but we got a couple of sunny days and Claudio booked for a Saturday to start staining. He arrived at my house promptly at 8 AM to start the project on my 10x24 second story deck. Everything that I researched about staining is exactly what I notice he was doing he made sure to mix or stains into one bucket to confirm a unified color, Also he use a spray gun with a back brush technique which is the best way to get it even color throughout your deck and make sure all the pores in crevices are covered. The project wrapped up around 2 PM. My wife and I were extremely happy with the outcome I m glad we picked Claudio for the job. What I didn t mention was he did not ask for any money upfront he specifically said you can pay me when the job is done and you are satisfied with your deck. We was able to pay via credit card which always makes life a little easier. We would definitely be hiring Claudio again from multiple projects at our home. Always good to meet solid people that work hard and that our professional and that I m not trying to rip you off ."
